Return and Refund Policy

At BDS Books, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we provide a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

Customers in the United States may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories included.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

2. Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong product, return shipping is free. BDS Books will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item, or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Lost or Never Delivered Items: If your product never arrives, contact us. If the package cannot be located, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

3. How to Return

Contact Us: Email help@bdsbooks.us with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

Review: Our customer service team will review your request within 1 business day and send return instructions.

Authorization: If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return label (if applicable).

Repack: Place the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.

Ship: Attach the RA label and send via the instructed courier.

4. Refunds

Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are approved only if the product meets eligibility criteria (unused, undamaged, original packaging).

5. Exchanges

Need a different book or product? Contact us at help@bdsbooks.us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll arrange a quick exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

7. Legal Rights

This Return & Refund Policy does not affect your statutory or legal consumer rights under applicable law.
