How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select the book you want, and click “Add to Cart.” When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely online.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday). After shipment, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days. Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days from the time the order is placed.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We provide standard shipping at no cost to customers within the United States.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship orders using standard services from USPS and UPS.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details are provided once your order has been shipped so you can monitor delivery progress.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is covered if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If you need a replacement item, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange, subject to availability and condition requirements.

Do you sell new or used books?

We offer both new and used printed books. Condition details are provided on each product page when applicable.

Do you sell digital books or downloads?

No. BDS Books sells physical printed books only. We do not offer eBooks, PDFs, or digital downloads.

What should I do if my book arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
